This year’s community gardening sessions – beginning tomorrow (Sunday)

Planet South Bank’s Community Garden (‘The Nose’), beside St Clements Church, has become a real feature of our local community.

Each Spring through to Autumn we hold fortnightly gardening sessions to maintain and sustain the garden. The sessions are free, and open to anyone – no gardening skills required.

(We’re also planning some local litter-picks – interested to join in? Contact us at info@planetsouthbank.org.uk, or drop in to one of the Sunday sessions).

The regular garden sessions are a great chance to relax, meet local people, and to enjoy learning how to garden for flowers and for producing fruit and veg.

Sundays, 2-3pm:

March 12 and 26

April 9 (potato planting) and 23 (Spring Fair)

May 9 and 21

June 4 and 18

July 2, 16 and 30 (fruit picking)

August 13 and 27

September 3 and 17

October 1, 15 and 29

Contact info@planetsouthbank.org.uk or just turn up.
