“If you want someone to change, you go to their doorstep with your problem.”

Follow local Malawian farmer and activist Anita Chitaya as she travels from her village in Malawi to California to the White House. Her journey takes her across the rural-urban divide, schisms of race, class and gender, and the unfair impacts of climate change; and she challenges the thinking that allows us to believe we live on a different planet from everyone else.

Hot drinks and chat afterwards. Film length: 75 minutes.

Free entry. Please register via this Eventbrite page so we know how many to expect. Thank you!, and we look forward to seeing you.

Cash donations welcome on the night to the community organisation “Soil, Food and Healthy Communities in Malawi”, which is mentioned in the film.
