Are you interested to find out more about this project? We’re seeking writers – and people who have never written but who would like to write – and other creatives to take part in a community project writing stories of hope for the future.
The easiest way to be introduced to the project is to listen to the introductory session we held last week. Here’s the audio recording (37 minutes) :

We’re holding the first monthly get-together this coming Monday 5 February, 7pm at Southlands Church (Room 1). Just turn up, no obligation to get involved; you’ll hear more about the project and meet others who are similarly interested in hope and in imagining how we find our way forward as a community in York together.
And please visit https://planetsouthbank.org.uk/how-we-made-it-through/ for more detailed information, and our first How We Made It Through newsletter.
For further information, or to register your interest in receiving e-mail updates on the project, please e-mail through.psb@gmail.com
“This is precisely the time when artists go to work. There is no time for despair, no place for self-pity, no time for silence. No room for fear. We speak, we write, we do language. That is how civilisations heal.” Toni Morrison
