A big thanks to Pie and the rest of the Planet South Bank gang for the Street-Re-Cycle Event. The weather certainly helped 🙂 and we hope you gained/passed on what you wanted!
Look out for the next event Craft-Y-Crawl featuring local artists, including recycled items. Sunday the 27th of November 2016 from 11-3pm.
There’s a Planet South Bank planning meeting this coming Friday, 30 September, at 7.30pm. All are welcome – please let us know if you’d like to attend by e-mailing us at info@planetsouthbank.org.uk.
We would love to see some new faces and are keen to expand the group and potential for other sustainable activities. We’ll be reviewing the Street Recycle event and starting preparations for our next event, the Craft-y-Crawl (27 November) which is similar in style to the Street Recycle but this time allows local makers of all types the opportunity to show off their wares.
If you can’t make the meeting but would like to send us feedback or thoughts /suggestions for other events, please let us know.
Meanwhile, our ongoing Sunday afternoon gardening sessions continue at the community garden next to St Clements Church. Contact us for more details.
